HOW DO I ORDER?
To place your order, login into your customer account; for new customers, click on the REGISTER NOW tab, enter and submit your information to create an account. Select a category [for example Women; Clothing] then click any store link and browse through for your desired items.
For us to know what you want, simply click on the ‘ORDER NOW’ tab, then FILL and ADD TO CART; to add more items to the cart, click on the ‘continue shopping’ tab. When finished simply click on the SUBMIT ORDER button in the cart.
An acknowledgement will be sent to your email and one of our representatives will get in touch with you shortly.

HOW DO I FILL AN ORDER FORM?
Enter the information needed accurately:
NAME OF WEBSITE: Enter the name of the website you are shopping from e.g. Michael Kors
ITEM DESCRIPTION: Enter the name of the item you are buying e.g. Blue Pinstriped Jacket

DO I PAY THE ADVERTISED MARKET PRICE FOR MY GOODS?
Yes. You will pay the advertised price of the online store. Please be aware that most USA stores charge for delivery of your goods to us. This is a normal charge because we buy online. The more stores you buy from, the more you might have to pay delivery charges.
HOW DO I CONFIRM THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
Within a few seconds after you submit your order, an acknowledgement email will be sent to let you know we received your order then a representative will get in touch with you.
Your order will be placed after we have confirmed your payment.
HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
If you made a mistake on your order or would like to make changes to your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of placing your order to let us know. If your order has not been dispatched to us within this period, we might be able to make the changes for you. Please it is important you provide us with a detailed change instruction.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GOODS IN NIGERIA?
We deliver within 2 -3 weeks or less, after payments are made. We use a standard air freight service and our customers are able to track their shipments.
Can I return or change my goods if I don’t like them?
No. We only accept returns if we clearly made a mistake.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY GOODS IF ON DELIVERY I AM NOT AVAILABLE IN PERSON TO COLLECT?
In the event that you are not available at the given address which you have asked us to deliver to, we will require you to pick your goods with the specified means of identification from the Lagos Shipping Office.
DO I NEED ANY NEED FORM OF IDENTIFICATION ON DELIVERY OF THE GOODS?
We will need you to present a valid form of identification on delivery your goods.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?
Payments can be made in Naira(#) or Dollars($). After you submit your order, one of our representatives will contact you with an invoice and provide you our bank details.
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE EXCHANGE RATES?
After an order is placed, we issue you an invoice based on the exchange rate for that day. We usually allow our customers 48hrs to make payments after an invoice is issued. After 48hrs, a new invoice will be issued based on the current exchange rate except the rates remain the same. This allows our customers to make purchases on the current exchange rate of dollars in Nigeria.
CAN I SHOP FROM OTHER US NLINE STORES?
Yes, you can shop from all other US online stores apart from the ones listed on www.yankeexpress.com . we only listed the ones on our website for comfortable shopping.
DO YOU DELIVER TO MAJOR CITIES IN NIGERIA?
Yes we deliver to major cities across Nigeria. We use ABC Transport to deliver to major cities and towns in Nigeria. There is a #2,000 extra charge for deliveries made outside Lagos. Please take with you a form of identification preferably a Driver’s license or an international Passport when picking up your goods. If you cannot come in person to collect your goods, you can send a proxy to collect on your behalf. We will ask some security questions and call you for confirmation. Proof of identification is always required before delivery can be made.
